Good product, some shipping issues

I purchased the S2000 Pro Portable Power Station for camping trips. The unit itself feels solid and performed as expected, powering our mini-fridge and charging devices with no problem. The charging speed was decent too. However, the delivery took a bit longer than the 5-7 business days advertised, closer to 9 days to reach me in Arizona. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had planned my trip around the earlier estimate. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. Overall, a good piece of kit, but they could improve on shipping accuracy.
